These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Tatako website and application ("Service"). Please read these Terms carefully before using the Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

Tatako provides a digital loyalty card platform for merchants and their customers. Merchants can create digital stamp cards, and customers can collect stamps by scanning QR codes provided by the merchant.

3. Merchant Accounts

If you create an account on the Service as a merchant, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and you are fully responsible for all activities that occur under the account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized uses of your account or any other breaches of security.

  • You must provide accurate and complete information.
  • You are responsible for the loyalty rewards you promise to your customers.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our policies or are engaged in fraudulent activities.

4. Customer Use

Customers use the Service to collect stamps and redeem rewards offered by merchants. Tatako is not responsible for fulfilling the rewards; the offering merchant is solely responsible for providing any promised rewards or discounts.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Tatako and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Tatako.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Tatako, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
